Recipe is for 1 pound of beef, chicken etc.
Have found that doubling the recipe for chicken can make a spicy, almost similar, "jerk chicken".
If making a "jerk chicken" style dish, be sure to add extra water and simmer it down to make it stick well to the chicken (or other item of your choosing).
The wife tried it and found it very spicy but went back for more.
Spice is only good when the flavor is also good.
Do feel free to try this mix with other things as well, it's not just good for tacos.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon paprika
1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container.
