Shalom Family, I just want to encourage all to fast. It strengthens your spirit and itโs a weapon against spiritual demons. It also get you closer to the Most High Yah. Remember through the food there are a lot of chemicals that control our thoughts. Fasting is a weapon against the enemy. Shalom
